They represented governments, civil society organizations, faith groups and international allies to reaffirm Africa’s stand on the family, life, and sovereignty. The conference concluded with the adoption of the Nairobi Declaration on Family Values (see below), a bold and unified expression of commitment to defend the natural family, parental rights, and Africa’s cultural and moral identity.
Through a week of high-level discussions and collaborative sessions, delegates addressed rising global pressures and ideological threats to African societies. Particularly those threats disguised as development aid, education reform, or human rights agendas.
